DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

Fleeman Carriers Driver Requirements are as Follows:

1. Pass DOT Physical by a FMCSA certified medical examiner

2. 2 years OTR experience

3. At least 23 years of age

4. Clean MVR & PSP preferred

5. Drug Screen

6. Driving Test

7. Background Check

8. List past 10 years of employment history

9. Comply with Fleeman Carrier’s Driver Hiring Policies

HOME TIME

We know that family means everything to our drivers. Our drivers enjoy the comfort
of knowing that they receive regular scheduled weekly home time.

BENEFITS

1. Group Insurance- Medical, Life, Disability, Vision & Dental (Fleeman Carriers
pays half of medical premium)

2. After one year of service each employee receives a vacation bonus (paid in
July) and Christmas bonus (paid in December)

3. Free Membership to On-Site Gym

4. Driver Referral Program-$1000 per driver referred that remains in good
standing for 3 months

COMPENSATION

1. UP to 55 cents per mile

2. Safety/Performance Bonus additional up to 2 cent per mile after the first 30
days of employment

3. Compensation for clean DOT inspections
